Alberta Ltd in Rocky View, AB is inviting applications for the position of Labourer, field and vegetable crops. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must examine product for quality and market readiness.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The candidate must work in dirty environments.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
