User support technician

TRUE WAY INSTALLATIONS INC. ( Victoria, BC) is currently looking for a skilled User support technician. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Evening, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers and related systems.
• The candidate must supervise other technical support workers in the group.
• The candidate must provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
• The candidate must set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• The candidate must perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
