Job Description

The candidate must charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
The candidate must prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records.
The candidate must resolve delivery and supplier issues.
The candidate must set up and maintain inventory control systems.
The candidate must verify stock availability from current inventories.
The candidate must compile inventory reports.
The candidate must conduct quality control.
The candidate must monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.
The candidate must pack items for shipping and distribution.
The candidate must place stock on shelves.
The candidate must unpack goods received.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
