User support technician

Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc in Concord, ON is inviting applications for the position of User support technician. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
• The candidate must respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers and related systems.
• The candidate must consult user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
• The candidate must provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• The candidate must collect, organize, and maintain a problems-and-solutions log for use by technical support analysts.
• The candidate must provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
