Afra Furniture is situated in Saint-Laurent, QC and is hiring a Upholsterer to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must lay out, cut, fabricate and install upholstery.
• The candidate must tack, glue or sew ornamental trim, braids or buttons.
• The candidate must repair furniture frames and refinish wood surfaces.
• The candidate must operate sewing machines or sew by hand.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
