Heartland Transport Ltd ( Abbotsford, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Truck trailer mechanic. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
• The candidate must inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems.
• The candidate must test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications.
• The candidate must perform scheduled maintenance service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
