Armstrong FoodService in Kingston, NS is seeking a self-motivated Truck driver. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.
• The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
