First Hire Inc. in London, ON is inviting applications for the position of Truck and coach technician. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
• The candidate must inspect mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
• The candidate must inspect motors in operation.
• The candidate must road test motor vehicles.
• The candidate must test automotive systems and components.
• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
• The candidate must adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems.
• The candidate must test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications.
• The candidate must perform scheduled maintenance service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a garage.
• The candidate must work in a workshop to fabricate, assemble, or repair components and products, ensuring quality and safety.
