Canna Cabana in Canmore, AB is seeking a self-motivated Key holder - retail store. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.
• The candidate must follow emergency and safety procedures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
