PROUD TRANSPORT LTD. is situated in Winnipeg, MB and is hiring a Transportation manager to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must ensure transport compliance with regulations.
• The candidate must establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
• The candidate must oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
• The candidate must oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
