Morning Star Travel is situated in Yellowknife, NT and is hiring a Tour guide to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must confirm transportation and accommodation reservations.
• The candidate must collect administration or entrance fees.
• The candidate must coordinate recreation activities.
• The candidate must describe points of interest, answer questions, and provide information.
• The candidate must resolve itinerary and other problems.
• The candidate must assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must conduct guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions and heritage sites, respond to inquiries and provide relevant information.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
