Tour guide supervisor

Arctic Range Adventure ( Whitehorse, YT) is currently looking for a skilled Tour guide supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.
• The candidate must resolve conflict situations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
