We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
• The candidate must organize conferences and meetings.
• The candidate must provide information and training to employers, employees, and the general public.
• The candidate must establish administrative procedures.
• The candidate must participate in staff meetings.
• The candidate must oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must implement operational procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks.
• The candidate must implement new administrative procedures.
• The candidate must explain procedures.
• The candidate must establish operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
