Job Description

The candidate must apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster.
The candidate must clean and prepare surfaces.
The candidate must cure freshly plastered surfaces.
The candidate must finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required.
The candidate must mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency.
The candidate must mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim.
The candidate must trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Setting

The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
