Heavy equipment operator

Cedar Hill Paving Limited ( Thornhill, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Heavy equipment operator. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate heavy equipment.
• The candidate must clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
• The candidate must operate computer-controlled equipment.
• The candidate must complete onboard and other logs.
• The candidate must conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• The candidate must secure special attachments to equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
