Shell Canada is situated in London, ON and is hiring a Store manager - retail to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be hardworking.
• The candidate must demonstrate integrity.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
