Domestic housekeeper

W Household ( London, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Domestic housekeeper. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must make beds and change sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must stock linen closets.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate must provide basic information on facilities.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must mend clothing and linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must clean changing rooms and showers.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).

Work Setting
