Tigh Na Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre is situated in Parksville, BC and is hiring a Steward - food and beverage services to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
• The candidate must present bills to customers and accept payments via cash, credit or debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billings.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• The candidate must serve food and beverages.
• The candidate must take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
