Sous-chef

The Fort Pub & Grill is situated in Edmonton, AB and is hiring a Sous-chef to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
• The candidate must plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must demonstrate leadership.
• The candidate must be dependable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
• The candidate should work in a bar to prepare and serve drinks to customers in liquor-licensed premises such as bars, nightclubs, hotels, and restaurants.
