Tim Hortons ( Trois-Rivières, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Shift manager - fast food restaurant. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Overtime required, Early morning, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must prepare food order summaries for chefs.
• The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.

• The candidate must work in a fast food outlet or concession, preparing and serving food from a minimal menu, handling take-out operations, and ensuring efficient service.
