Second chef

Restauration Nordique inc. ( Sept-Îles, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Second chef. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
