Now hiring: Room cleaner at Naturally Pacific Resort in Campbell River, BC. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Night.

Job Description

• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must make beds and change sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must handle and report lost and found items accurately.
• The candidate must attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a resort to provide guest services, manage operations, and ensure an excellent client experience.
