Now hiring: Light duty cleaner at Melliecent Building and Yard Maintenance Ltd in Regina, SK. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect elevators.
• The candidate must handle and report lost and found items accurately.
• The candidate must provide basic information on facilities.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must clean changing rooms and showers.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be dependable.

• The candidate should be able to work in an apartment/condominium, as an office building with two or more individually owned units.

• The candidate should work in a cleaning service company to create a clean and hygienic environment.
• The candidate should work in commercial buildings where commercial activities occur, including office buildings, retail space, warehouses, etc.
• The candidate should work in a recreational facility/institution; having a recreational area is one of the best ways of managing employees and improving team morale in the workplace.
• The applicant should work in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic that provides health care.
• The applicant should be able to work in a school or educational institution/establishment comprising establishments that provide instruction and training in various subjects.
• The candidate should work in a shopping center or mall and provide a business place that includes retail space/units, facilities, and services to potential retailers.
