Cleaner

Coast & Host Vacation Rentals ( Victoria, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Cleaner. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must make beds and change sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must stock linen closets.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate must provide basic information on facilities.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must schedule work.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.

Work Site Environment

• The work environment is smoke-free.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
