Retail salesperson

Rodway's in Clarenville, NL is seeking a self-motivated Retail salesperson. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payments.
• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
• The candidate must advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must assist in the display of merchandise.
• The candidate must conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
• The candidate must greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
• The candidate must maintain sales records for inventory control.
