Job Description

The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.

The candidate must locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
