Insurance sales supervisor

WEALTH & ESTATE FINANCIAL CANADA INC. is situated in Mississauga, ON and is hiring a Insurance sales supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must assess potential institutional, business, or individual client markets.
• The candidate must calculate premiums accurately.
• The candidate must establish client insurance coverage.
• The candidate must establish methods of payment.
• The candidate must identify potential markets.
• The candidate must ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed.
• The candidate must monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
