The Uptown Resto Bar is situated in Embrun, ON and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• The candidate must ensure safety procedures are followed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
