Harvey's is situated in Niagara Falls, ON and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
