Casino Rama Resort in Rama Road, ON is seeking a self-motivated Restaurant host/hostess. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer customer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.
• The candidate must greet customers.
• The candidate must perform opening and closing activities.
• The candidate must receive customer reservations and assign tables.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
• The candidate must work in a resort to provide guest services, manage operations, and ensure an excellent client experience.
• The candidate must work in a casino to manage gaming operations, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
