Tandoori Flame in Delta, BC is seeking a self-motivated Restaurant general manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• The candidate must coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
• The candidate must establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• The candidate must represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions.
• The candidate must select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
