springfield ranch ltd ( Williams Lake, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Ranch hand. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Seasonal employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Night, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor the calving process.
• The candidate must fertilize and spray crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must feed and tend animals.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.
• The candidate must maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• The candidate must clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
