Grande Cache Hotel INC. is situated in Grande Cache, AB and is hiring a Purchasing and inventory management coordinator to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must track and complete work orders.
• The candidate must monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• The candidate must perform routine clerical duties.
• The candidate must ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• The candidate must perform light cleaning duties.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must keep track of shipments.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in the accommodation and food services sector performing hospitality and service-related duties.
