Delivery drivers supervisor

Arm Logistics Ltd. ( Surrey, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Delivery drivers supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must co-ordinate repairs and rentals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a supervisory role to oversee teams, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
