Job Description

  • The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
  • The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
  • The candidate must revise type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects.
  • The candidate must track and complete work orders.
  • The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
  • The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • The candidate must co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
  • The candidate must estimate the type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction, and other projects.
  • The candidate must monitor production progress to ensure targets are met.
  • The candidate must follow up on issues with work orders.
  • The candidate must plan and maintain production schedules.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.
  • The candidate must be a good team player.
  • The candidate must be accurate.
  • The candidate must be analytical.

Work Setting

  • The candidate should specialize in aerospace develop technologies for use in aviation, defence systems, and spacecraft.
