Gateway Casinos Thunder Bay in Thunder Bay, ON is inviting applications for the position of Guest service representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must resolve complaints and claims.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in the hospitality industry to provide excellent guest services, manage operations, and ensure a high-quality experience for clients and patrons.
• The candidate must work in a casino to manage gaming operations, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
