Production chief

M&D PH Natural Health. Ltd. in Richmond, BC is seeking a self-motivated Production chief. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines.
• The candidate must direct quality control inspections.
• The candidate must hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and methods of work.
• The candidate must plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets.
