Tara Packaging INC. in Leamington, ON is seeking a self-motivated Printing supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must oversee apprenticeship training.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must oversee company operations.
• The candidate must review and approve job proofs or samples.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must provide technical and professional advice.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
