Poultry operation supervisor

Elite Poultry Services Ltd. in Wetaskiwin, AB is seeking a self-motivated Poultry operation supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a supervisory role to oversee teams, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
