Community health worker

WeBookCare ( Richmond, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Community health worker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available, , 09:00 to 21:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform housekeeping activities.
• The candidate must perform food preparation.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work around vehicles.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in the employer’s or client’s home, be capable of working at varied site locations, and understand that performance progression is reviewed annually.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
