Plumber foreman/woman

A one plumbing & heating ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Plumber foreman/woman. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
