Cleaning supervisor

Principal Human Capital Limited ( Toronto, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Cleaning supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Early morning, Night, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must maintain financial records.
• The candidate must receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
