Physiotherapist

Vancouver Coastal Health in Vancouver, BC is seeking a self-motivated Physiotherapist. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer evaluative tests.
• The candidate must assess patients’ physical abilities.
• The candidate must examine patients.
• The candidate must make decisions on tests and procedures.
• The candidate must plan physiotherapy programs.
• The candidate must select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations.
• The candidate must maintain clinical and progress reports.
• The candidate must confer with other health professionals.
• The candidate must teach and/or supervise exercises to patients.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a home care or visiting care agency to provide support, assistance, and health services to clients in their residences.

• The candidate must have their own vehicle.
• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
