Physio on the Run is situated in Campbell River, BC and is hiring a Physiotherapist to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assess patients’ physical abilities.
• The candidate must examine patients.
• The candidate must make decisions on tests and procedures.
• The candidate must plan physiotherapy programs.
• The candidate must select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations.
• The candidate must maintain clinical and progress reports.
• The candidate must confer with other health professionals.
• The candidate must teach and/or supervise exercises to patients.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in neurology to assist in diagnosing and treating neurological conditions.
• The candidate should work in orthopedics and specialize in the musculoskeletal system - the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles essential to movement and everyday life.
• The candidate must work in a private practice.
