E-badminton Training Centre Inc. in Markham, ON is seeking a self-motivated Coach. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Term or contractFull time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions.
• The candidate must motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
• The candidate must analyze and evaluate athletes’ or teams’ performance.
• The candidate must observe and evaluate prospective athletes’ skills and performance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must demonstrate leadership.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in badminton facilities to coach, organize, and support athletic training and events.
• The candidate must work in a local sports club to organize activities, coach participants, and maintain facilities.
• The candidate must work in a private company, corporation, or industry.

• The candidate must have their own transportation.
• Public transportation is available for commuting to the work location.
• The candidate must be willing to travel.
