Orchard worker

Orchard Home Farm in St. George, ON is inviting applications for the position of Orchard worker. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must write daily basic progress reports.
• The candidate must fertilize and spray crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be able to distinguish between colours.
