Production supervisor - food and beverage processing

Les Fromages Latino Inc is situated in Asbestos, QC and is hiring a Production supervisor - food and beverage processing to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
