Operator, concrete block machine

Bolduc - Manufacturier de produits de béton ( Sainte-Marie, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Operator, concrete block machine. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Evening, Shift, , 15:00 to 23:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must record manufacturing information such as quantity, size, and type of goods produced.
• The candidate must check products for quality control.
• The candidate must perform ongoing machine adjustments.
• The candidate must make adjustments to machinery.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate's relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.
