Operations supervisor

New LW Building Services Ltd. is situated in Surrey, BC and is hiring a Operations supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
