Nail care technician

FIVE STAR SALON & SPA ( Red Deer, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Nail care technician. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, To be determined, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must make custom designs for clients.
• The candidate must apply or remove artificial nails and nail art.
• The candidate must clean, trim, and polish nails.
• The candidate must perform eyebrow tinting.
• The candidate must provide gel and acrylic nail extensions.
• The candidate must provide therapeutic foot massage.
• The candidate must perform manicures.
• The candidate must perform pedicures.
• The candidate must perform waxing services.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
